Spring 2011 After School Enrichment Clubs
Enrichment clubs allow students in grades 1-5 to explore and enjoy a variety of clubs from art classes to Lego Engineering right after the school day ends. Each club meets one day a week for three or four weeks beginning the first week of March. With over 15 club choices, we hope you find one that sparks your child's interests allowing intellectual, physical, creative, and social growth. Parents will need to provide transportation home.
Volunteers:
We need lots of them! We need folks to monitor clubs. Commit to being a volunteer by simply indicating your preference on the registration form which makes you eligible to pre-register your child today.
Registration:
- You may register for only ONE club per child.
- Indicate second and third choices.
- Remit payment for your child's first club choice.
- Financial assistance available, contact nurse.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis. Registration will be conducted in two stages:
- Volunteers will have the ability to pre-register through backpack mail beginning Monday January 24th - 31st on a
first-come, first-served basis. This is our way of thanking you for your time!
- After School Enrichment Clubs General in-person registration is available for those who are unable to volunteer.
General registration will be held on Monday, February 7th from 6:00-7:00 pm in the CHES Cafeteria. If unable to
attend, you can send in your registration with another parent. If you send through backpack mail it will not be
processed until after in-person registration. Registration ends February 9th.
Cancellations: All after school programs will be canceled if there is a snow day or if after school activities are canceled. Children will be instructed to go home on their regular bus or via regular means.
