PTA Flyers
All flyers must be on PTA letterhead and approved by the PTA President and the Principal.
A
copy of each flyer is to be given to the main office, posted on the PTA
Bulletin Board, sent to the Newsletter Chair for including in our Newsletter and
to our Webmaster for posting on our website.
Our Principal currently has an email distribution list of all the Charlton Heights Families (with the exception of 5). In an effort to save on trees and money (two valuable resources) we would like PTA flyers to be emailed to Tim Sinnenberg and he will email them to all of the families. Those flyers requiring sign-ups that need to be submitted can be copied and sent out utilizing the YO list.
The “YO” List
2011-12 YO list is completed. As of 9/26/11 we have 362 YO copies needed.
Use
the “YO” list when you send out PTA flyers!
A “YO” list has been created to save on the number of copies going home
to families with multiple children. When
you use the “YO” list a copy only goes home to the “youngest or only” child in
a home. This list saves us approximately 130 copies each time we utilize it. The
current YO list count for each classroom is posted in the copy room and at Mail N
More.
The
PTA Supplies & Resources
Currently, there are building improvement projects going on at Charlton Heights. Our PTA Closet is in part of an area with renovations happening. The closet has some of our material in it and the rest is on the stage behind the curtain.
The
PTA has lots and lots of resources, supplies, games, and equipment in the
PTA closet. They can be borrowed to benefit your program and the
students at Charlton Heights. Before you purchase anything click here to see a listing
of resources!
Any programs with leftover supplies purchased with PTA funds can add them to the inventory in the closet.
